Which brings me to you.
Starting new things or making big life changes can be scary and filled with uncertainty. It doesn’t have to be something that you do alone – that’s why The Catalyst Collective was created.
I started this community after going through many cycles of career burnout, seasons of fogginess, and constant frustration from dead end paths. Through many pints of ice cream and a lot of conversations, I knew I had to do something different.
I realized a few really important things along the way that will shape what you experience here…
Knowledge Sharing is a Superpower.
The more we share, the more we learn. The more we learn, the more opportunity we have at our fingertips. With this opportunity, we can make better choices. We don't need to start from scratch.
Community is a Catalyst.
We are not alone in our experiences and our desires to live a life that we love. From personal relationships to entrepreneurship to investment portfolios, there are many people asking the same questions. Connection with others is a key to breakthrough.
Learn to Enjoy the Process.
There will always be new heights to stretch towards, new goals to achieve, and decisions to make. If we can learn to enjoy the process of where we are going and who we are becoming, we will enjoy things along the way even more.
Building Together
I am so fortunate to have friends and mentors around me that listened (and still listen) to my ramblings. Talking about where I was at in my career and my life allowed those around me to ask really good, and really hard, questions. It made me process, finesse, and ultimately act.
Through many coffee conversations, long walks, and happy hours turned therapy sessions with friends, I realized it would be a mistake to not to share the lessons I’ve learned. There is real power and breakthrough in sharing knowledge, cultivating community, and learning to love the process.
We will candidly unpack what it takes to create real and sustained transformation in your business and in your life. Building is hard, growth is challenging, but you don’t need to do it alone. Lean in and get ready to connect.
